Managing multiple recruitment agency relationships can place a significant strain on HR and line management resources which can lead to an inefficient and costly recruitment process. Acting as a Neutral Master Vendor, Synergy will act as the one point of contact for all approved agencies, negotiating a competitive rate with these suppliers and then co-ordinating the entire recruitment process to include CV screening, arranging interviews and confirming offers.
